During my college days, you could happily find me cooking my way through the kitchen, entertaining the imaginary audiences of my future cooking show out loud.

Being a perfectionist, I diligently follow baking instructions when trying new recipes. Then my creative side takes over and I play around, tweaking the recipe to make it my own; I have always loved to personalize my favorite dishes.

I pride myself on having an internal timer and will rarely use one when baking for myself -- you’ll often hear me say ‘they smell ready’ and thirty seconds later, it's done!
